Oooh! A new look.
Good afternoon people, welcome to the new-look Pointless Ramblings of a Teenage Cynic.
Yes, it is black. Yes, it is simple – but doesn’t it look more professional?
I opted to edit the look as I wanted the blog to have a bit more of a mature feel about it. Having thought of new names for it (as when I hit twenty I can no longer refer to myself as the ‘teenage cynic’) I thought a good place to start would be to change its appearance; not only this but I was bored whilst waiting for my washing to dry. In the next few weeks/months or however long it takes me, I want to take the blog in a more set direction; this being purely of theology, religion and philosophy. As for names, I’m still stuck.
I have the idea that perhaps by discussing issues that I either learn about as part of my degree, current events in the media or even things that are discussed on topical debate shows, I might start to think more independently and hopefully will lead me to ‘theologise’ in my own right – offering people the chance to read someone else’s view, whilst still keeping within the light-hearted and sometimes (hopefully) funny feel of the blog.
This should probably start with writing a new blog about something really interesting? No. Well, not for the moment at least. I want to finish the ‘face-lifting’ as it were and hopefully plan one of my essays before I blog something.
